Choosing mediation or an investigation should be straightforward. Our pricing is transparent and designed to keep matters proportionate to the issues in dispute. All figures are GBP (£).
Small Claims Mediation (Claims Under £15K)
We offer a Fixed Fee Mediation service for civil disputes and commercial disputes of a value under £15,000. This makes it reasonable for clients to use our mediation services without concerns that the fee would escalate. Not all mediation companies offer this, but we are fully aware that living costs are high and the last thing you need is yet another expense of unknown amount.
Our Fees (Virtual via zoom):
claim value between £0 and £15,000 (up to 3 hours virtual): fee of £300 per party
Fixed Fee Mediation (Claims Under £100K)
Our Fees (Virtual via zoom):
Half‑Day: £400 per party
Full Day: £700 per party
Our Fees (in-person):
Half‑Day: £500 per party
Full Day: £900 per party
